The pads are superb. They are comfortable and very durable. I needed metatarsal support for my sandals. I ordered 2 pairs of identical sandals then I ordered the 1 tear drop pad and 1 T pad as a trial to determine if they could stay on the sandal, were easy to clean, and could withstand a week of daily wear. They performed beyond my expectations. I love the fit and feel of the T shaped pads so much I ordered 4 more.

Love these metatarsal pads -- they are leather, which is hard to find and don't make my foot sweat (and in turn get sore). Love that they breath and provide support in just the right spot.

If you have little to no metatarsal arch and need support in that region, these pads are the best! They are very comfortable and stay in place once affixed where you want them. I bought a few pairs so I could wear them in various shoes. With their leather tops they should be quite durable.

These have been a life saver for me. I suffered with calluses on the ball of my feet I,even with an expensive orthotics. I purchased the t form and they have been a blessing, able to walk 4 miles a day with no discomfort

The wider the foot, the more important to use the T-Form met pad. Sometimes, wider feet slip inside the shoe, causing callousing. This holds the upper part of the foot in place. I combined it with the Merino Wool ultra thin insole-I wear a wool insole year round. The Pedag wool insole grabs whatever insole you have and stops the foot from sliding fore and aft and side to side.

It's hard to believe that a little padded cushion could be so effective for pain caused by the metasaral, but these pads totally allievate it. I am so glad my podiatrist recommended them. I have tried other brands, but Pedag is the best!

First time using Metatarsal pad. Gave it a test drive sticking the pad directly to the top of my Pedag Mini Viva arch support insole. Really helps alleviate the dull discomfort I have on the ball of my foot. Will add to other footwear where I experience similar discomfort.
