I took a bit of a chance and put a wedge in my hiking boot right before a ten mile mountain hike. (I could always pull the wedge back out if it bothered me). The wedge worked out very well, no soreness in my foot or ankle. I plan on ordering more for my other boots.

I have 3 sets. They add just enough correction without putting excessive strain on the ankle. I have CMT that causes my right foot to roll out. Currently not using the right side, but the height difference is barely noticable.

Amazing, for me. This got rid of my arch pain and plantar fasciitis. My shoes no longer wear out rapidly on the outer rear heel. I am getting double or more miles from running shoes. It IS best to put them in a new pair of shoes, because for me most of my shoes were too worn down on that outer edge, although the pedag still helped me not injure my arch and fsscia. But to reap full benefits , in a new pair they completely stopped the outer heel wear, and my feet are pain free.

So far it's been great

Have used these for years, they have helped a lot. No more shin and knee pain. Tried the good feet store and a couple podiatrists, quack quack, not good experiences! My own trial and error brought me to pedag and they’ll bury in them. I’m a 10 1/2 shoe US size, I order 11.

I definitely feel a difference in my left ankle (fractured 6 years ago) when walking now. This insert provides me the added support that I’ve craved for all of these post injury years. It definitely compliments the more expensive & supportive shoe by Orthofeet that I now buy! Hallelujah!

These are the best. I buy extra to just have on hand. Before I found these, my hips used to bother me after I wore my shoes for a bit because of the way my shoes wore out. These make me walk normal. My shoes don't get worn out lopsided like before.

I love them! I have had over-supination my whole life. As a child, my parents would have the shoe repair man put heel plates on my shoes as I wore them out excessively on the outside of the heel. I have tried many "correctors" over the years but yours is the first ones that feel comfortable in my shoes.
