The insoles are slim so good for dress shoes but not enough support for me for daily use in work boots or sneakers.

This seems to work to put my foot in a comfoposition. The only proble is how easily it bends or crumples when putting it in a shoe or boot.

Viva insert
I have Viva inserts in three pairs of shoes. I feel they give me the added arch support I need. I just purchased a size 10 insert for a new pair of size 9.5 shoes. The insert fits perfectly! Am very happy with this product!
