How it works.

These have been a life saver for me. I suffered with calluses on the ball of my feet I,even with an expensive orthotics. I purchased the t form and they have been a blessing, able to walk 4 miles a day with no discomfort

The wider the foot, the more important to use the T-Form met pad. Sometimes, wider feet slip inside the shoe, causing callousing. This holds the upper part of the foot in place. I combined it with the Merino Wool ultra thin insole-I wear a wool insole year round. The Pedag wool insole grabs whatever insole you have and stops the foot from sliding fore and aft and side to side.

I have had 7 foot surgeries in each foot, surgeon say my feet look fine but I was having severe leg and knee pain, using the T forms has taken that away
